What happens to my ticket?
Tickets purchased for the original venue remain valid. Ticket holders do not need to take any further action.
GA Standing Tickets
Customers who originally purchased General Admission Standing tickets will be allocated a General Admission Standing ticket at Riverstage.
Reserved Seating Tickets
Customers who originally purchased a Reserved Seated ticket will be automatically reallocated to a General Admission Standing ticket.
For customers who are unable to attend the new venue, please lodge your refund request here by Mon 10 Aug 2026. Requests received will be processed within 30 business days after the cut-off date or where the event is occurring in less than 30 days, the refund will be processed prior to the new event date.

Transport and Parking
Parking is charged at $18* per visit (card only), payable to the car park attendant upon entry. To minimise delays patrons should arrive early or share vehicles with friends. Current disability parking permits must be displayed on car windscreens upon entry. Ensure that you follow the directions of the car park attendants at all times.

Getting Here
The Brisbane Entertainment Centre is located in the northern suburb of Boondall. Situated 16km north of Brisbane’s CBD and 8kms north from the Brisbane Domestic and International airports, the Centre is surrounded by major arterial roads and is easily accessible.
Train
Boondall Station on the Shorncliffe line is a 600m walk to the Centre. Due to the finishing time of some events, some scheduled services departing Boondall Station may not make connecting services. Bus
Taxi
A dedicated taxi rank is located on site adjacent to the Ticketek Box Office. Taxis will be available after the show and a Supervisor will be present to assist.
