The promoter of Lil Baby wishes to advise due to unforeseen circumstances, the Lil Baby tour scheduled to take place in October, will no longer be proceeding.
All purchased tickets will receive a full refund.
Refund Process
Tickets will be automatically refunded in full (including refundable ticket purchase, if relevant) to the original payment method used for purchase and patrons do not need to take any action.
If you purchased tickets at a Ticketek Agency or using Ticketek Gift Vouchers, we do not have card details on file to process your refund automatically. Please provide us with your bank account details here by Friday 19 September 2025, so we can process your refund.
Tickets on sale through Ticketek. Do not buy from unauthorised resale scalper websites.
You risk buying invalid or fraudulent tickets.

Please note: there is no separate section for General Admission VIP package holders. After doors open, General Admission ticket purchasers will join in the same section on the floor.
Early Entry will occur after the Meet and Greet package purchasers, but before the general public.

WHAM Merch VIP – Terms & Conditions
- Please note that the contact details provided at the point of purchase (email, mobile, mailing address) are the details used to communicate all VIP information.
- A TEXT with a link to VIP instructions OR an EMAIL, will be sent 2-4 business days before the event with timings and additional information. Please contact vip@livenation.com.au if this is not received. We also send reminder texts the day of the show detailing the time and location of check in.
- VIP purchasers may need to arrive 1-2 hours before doors open to ensure delivery of all benefits..
- Original purchasers name must be known in order to check-in and receive your benefits.
- VIP inclusions (e.g. laminate, drink voucher or merchandise item) will be redeemed and collected on the night of the show (unless otherwise advised).
- Given the dynamic nature of live events, we may need to make changes to parts of your VIP Package including seating arrangements, start times, merchandise, food and beverage service arrangements and other things. Where we do this, we will ensure that you will be provided with alternatives that overall have an equivalent value as your package.
- If applicable, Early Entry refers to first access onto the floor, there is no sectioned off area (unless otherwise stated).
- If applicable, collectible laminate is commemorative only and does not gain or authorise access into the venue or backstage areas.
- Choose carefully as we will not provide refunds for a change of mind or because you can’t make the event. Refunds and exchanges will only be made subject to ticketing terms and conditions, and applicable law, including the Australian or New Zealand Consumer Law.

Package details are subject to change without notice at any time. NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES; all sales are final. All package elements will be rendered invalid if resold. Granted reserves the right to cancel your package for any reason.
The information and name listed at checkout will be the name on file with your VIP package. No name changes will be permitted under any circumstances. You must bring a valid photo ID matching the purchaser’s name on the order.
VIP details will be sent to the email address listed at purchase approximately 2-3 days prior to the event

Parking is charged at $18 per visit (card only), payable to the car park attendant upon entry. To minimise delays patrons should arrive early or share vehicles with friends. Current disability parking permits must be displayed on car windscreens upon entry. Ensure that you follow the directions of the car park attendants at all times.
Patrons with a medical condition can bring medical supplies from home. Please register your details by contacting bec@brisent.com.au or call us on (07) 3265 8111.

GETTING HERE
The Brisbane Entertainment Centre is located in the northern suburb of Boondall. Situated 16km north of Brisbane’s CBD and 8kms north from the Brisbane Domestic and International airports, the Centre is surrounded by major arterial roads and is easily accessible.
Boondall Station on the Shorncliffe line is a 600m walk to the Centre. Due to the finishing time of some events, some scheduled services departing Boondall Station may not make connecting services. A dedicated taxi rank is located on site adjacent to the Ticketek Box Office. Taxis will be available after the show and a Supervisor present to assist.
