Frontier Touring and Chugg Entertainment are proud to announce that five-time GRAMMY® Award nominee, multiple Academy of Country Music and CMA Award winner, and multi-platinum singer songwriter, producer, and author Kelsea Ballerini will return to Australia this December for a run of highly anticipated headline shows!  East coast tour plays Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

Said, Kelsea Ballerini, “It has been way too long since I have been down under and I am so excited to be touring Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane this December.  Australia has always had a special place in my heart, and I can’t wait to hear what Patterns sounds like with an Aussie accent.”

Making her long-awaited return following her show-stopping performance at CMC Rocks QLD in 2018, Ballerini heads back to Australia with dozens more accolades, more music and even more stories to tell.  With seven US #1 hits, essential hits including  ‘Baggage, This Feeling, Miss Me More, I Quit Drinking’ and half of my hometown (feat. Kenny Chesney).

Joining Kelsea on all dates will be American singer songwriter Carter Faith, with Adelaide’s own breakout talent Aleksiah opening the night.

Fulfilment:
Packages and inclusions, including delivery, are facilitated by 237 Global.  If you have any questions regarding the delivery, collection or contents of your

Age Restrictions:
VIP Packages are available to all age categories eligible to purchase a ticket to the Show. Generally, children 14 and under will require supervision by a parent or legal
guardian. 237 Global recommend you also check the Venue Terms of Entry prior to purchase.  Age means age as at the date of the Show not the date of purchase.

Re-Sale Prohibited:
All package elements will be rendered invalid if resold.

No Refunds:
Subject to any appliable law (including Australian Consumer Law) Packages and contents are non-transferable and all sales are final.
There are no refunds or exchanges.  Name changes will be issued at the sole discretion of 237 Global.

Package Details and Instructions:
All Package purchasers will be contacted by email (to the email address provided at the time of purchase) approximately 5 days before the Show.

Packages Subject to Change:
All Package items and experiences (including any Pre-Show functions, times, locations, and package inclusions) may vary from market to market and are subject
to change at any time for any reason.

Purchaser Information:
You are responsible for ensuring your contact information (email and mail address) provided at the time of purchase is correct and current and 237 Global, the Artist,
Ticketing Company, Venue and any other affiliated parties are not responsible for outdated or incorrect information provided by you including where incorrect information results in an undelivered product.

Arrival Time:
A component of your Package may require you to be at the Venue at a designated time. This will may well be before doors open.
If you arrive late to your designated time, you are deemed to have forfeited any missed components of the Package.

Entry:
Entry times to access the Venue for the Package will be staggered. Kelsea Ballerini Behind-The-Scenes Tour Experience purchasers will enter the venue before the Kelsea Ballerini VIP Merch Package purchasers. Exact times will be sent to all Package purchasers closer to the Show dates.

Artist Interaction:
There is no Artist interaction or involvement on the day of the Show.

Commemorative Tour Laminates:
Commemorative Tour Laminates are for commemorative purposes only.  The Package Laminate does not gain or authorise access into the Venue or any
backstage areas.

Package Components (such as Merchandise):
Unless otherwise advised, all Package components are to be collected at the Venue at the time designated in the Package Details and Instructions.
All sales are made subject to Frontier’s Terms of Sale and any applicable laws. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between 237 Global’s Purchase Policy/Terms of Sale (if any), these Package Additional Terms & Conditions and Frontier’s Terms of Sale then to the furthest extent permitted by law the order of priority will be: (1) Frontier’s Terms of Sale; then (2) these Package Additional Terms & Conditions; then

Parking is charged at $18 per visit (card only), payable to the car park attendant upon entry. To minimise delays patrons should arrive early or share vehicles with friends. Current disability parking permits must be displayed on car windscreens upon entry. Ensure that you follow the directions of the car park attendants at all times.

GETTING HERE

The Brisbane Entertainment Centre is located in the northern suburb of Boondall. Situated 16km north of Brisbane’s CBD and 8kms north from the Brisbane Domestic and International airports, the Centre is surrounded by major arterial roads and is easily accessible.

Boondall Station on the Shorncliffe line is a 600m walk to the Centre. Due to the finishing time of some events, some scheduled services departing Boondall Station may not make connecting services. A dedicated taxi rank is located on site adjacent to the Ticketek Box Office. Taxis will be available after the show and a Supervisor present to assist.
