TEG Live and Unusual Entertainment regret to advise that José Carreras & Plácido Domingo, The Legends Together Again Tour scheduled for November 2024 has been cancelled.
What happens to my tickets?
All tickets to José Carreras & Plácido Domingo, The Legends Together Again concerts in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne will be refunded.
When will I receive my refund?
Tickets will be automatically refunded in full (including refundable ticket purchase, if relevant) to the original payment method used for purchase and patrons do not need to take any action. If you purchased tickets for the cancelled tour at a Ticketek Agency or using Ticketek Gift Vouchers, we do not have card details on file to process your refund automatically. Please provide us with your bank account details here by Tue 15 October 2024, so we can process your refund.
Patrons should allow approximately 30 business days for the refund to appear in their account.

Parking is charged at $18 per visit (card only), payable to the car park attendant upon entry. To minimise delays patrons should arrive early or share vehicles with friends. Current disability parking permits must be displayed on car windscreens upon entry. Ensure that you follow the directions of the car park attendants at all times.

GETTING HERE
The Brisbane Entertainment Centre is located in the northern suburb of Boondall. Situated 16km north of Brisbane’s CBD and 8kms north from the Brisbane Domestic and International airports, the Centre is surrounded by major arterial roads and is easily accessible.
Boondall Station on the Shorncliffe line is a 600m walk to the Centre. Due to the finishing time of some events, some scheduled services departing Boondall Station may not make connecting services. A dedicated taxi rank is located on site adjacent to the Ticketek Box Office. Taxis will be available after the show and a Supervisor present to assist.
