Following their spectacular performances this year across Europe, in Western Canada and at the recent PowerTrip Festival in California, iconic British band IRON MAIDEN will be bringing THE FUTURE PAST TOUR to Australia next year. This will be the first return to Australia since the band touched down on Ed Force One for their 2016-17 The Book of Souls Tour.

Support on all shows comes from American metallers Killswitch Engage.

THE FUTURE PAST TOUR, which includes songs from both the band’s most recent studio album Senjutsu as well as 1986’s seminal album Somewhere In Time, alongside other fan favourites, played to over 750,000 fans at more than 30 sold-out shows across Europe in the summer of 2023. Featuring one of the most spectacular stage productions of the band’s career, it received rave reviews in every city and country that IRON MAIDEN visited.

Bassist Steve Harris says, “We’ve really enjoyed playing all the shows on THE FUTURE PAST TOUR this year, and the reaction from our fans has been incredible. Being able to play some of these songs for the very first time has made the tour even more memorable and we can’t wait to continue it next year. We’re all really excited to finally be able to return to Australia as we know our fans have waited so patiently for us over the past few years. It’s going to be great to get back there, especially with this new show. We promise you all, it’ll be worth the wait!”

Please note that all VIP experience purchasers will be contacted by VIP Now via e-mail 7 -10 days prior to the actual show date with additional details specific to their package schedule and instructions on where to pick up their package inclusions.

Information provided at the time of purchase (name, address, e-mail, etc.) is the same information that will be utilised for individual contact requirements as applicable.

All merchandise will be collected on site on the day of the show, some exceptions may apply.

VIP now will offer a refund or exchange of ticket if an event is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated by the relevant venue, promoter or person responsible for the event (the “Seller”) (and you cannot or do not wish to attend the rescheduled or relocated event), or to the extent otherwise required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law). If a VIP event is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated by the Seller then all liability is limited to the amount for which the ticket was purchased.

If applicable, Early Entry refers to first access onto the floor, there is no sectioned off area (unless otherwise stated).

The Seller is not responsible for outdated or inaccurate information provided by the consumer at the time of purchase which may result in undelivered product.

All VIP offers and experience purchases may vary market-by market and are subject to modification where reasonably required by a Seller. HOTEL PACKAGE BUNDLE INFORMATION

Is it possible to extend my stay?

Your package booking includes a one night stay at your chosen hotel. Extra nights either side of the event night are bookable via our partners Sound Travel who will contact you within 7 days of placing your package booking.

Is it possible to upgrade my room?

All package bookings include a standard room (double/twin) at your chosen hotel. Room upgrades may be available to purchase along with extra nights through our partners Sound Travel who will contact you within 7 days of placing your package booking.

Can I arrange an early check in or late check out?

Check in and check out times vary and are specific to the hotel that you select as a part of your package. Early check in and late check out is subject to availability and can be noted as a request via our partners Sound Travel who will pass these on to the hotel.

Do the ticket + hotel packages include transportation to the venue?

Our packages do not include transportation to the venue, however all our partner hotels are within easy reach of the venue. You can view travel route suggestions within your package confirmation details of which will be available to you in your Sound Travel account area.

When will I receive my ticket + hotel package confirmation?

Hotel packages are provided by our travel partner, Sound Travel. Within 7 days of placing your booking with Ticketek you will be sent log in details to a customer account area where you will be able to view your hotel booking and download your package confirmation.

How do I amend the name on my booking?

You can amend the name of the lead guest on your booking up to 15 days prior to your check in date with our travel partners Sound Travel. An amendment fee of $50 per change will be charged. No amendments will be possible within 15 days prior to your check in date.

Do you need the names of all guests on my booking?

We only require the name of the lead guest, however if you have more than one room booked and will be checking in separately, please contact Sound Travel with your full name, email address that you used to place your booking and your Ticketek Order Confirmation Number, as well as the lead guest names for the additional room(s).

I have booked one package, how many rooms will I be allocated?

All our packages are based on two people sharing one room, each package includes two event tickets and one hotel room. If you have purchased two packages you will have 4 tickets and two hotel rooms included.

I’ve booked multiple packages, can I guarantee that my rooms will be allocated next to each other?

Please contact Sound Travel with your full name, the email that you used to place your booking and your Ticketek Order Confirmation Number and they will do their best to accommodate your requests. Please note all requests will be subject to room availability.

I’ve contacted my hotel and they have no record of my booking.

Our partner hotels will have access to your booking details from 14 days pre arrival. If you would like to arrange parking or any other extra directly with the hotel, please do so within 14 days of your check in date. Sound Travel cannot arrange pre-booked parking.

I need to cancel my package, can I get a refund?

Refunds are only available when an event has been cancelled or rescheduled, or where required by Australian Consumer Law, for example in the case of enforced isolation due to a positive Covid test.

Any extra nights purchased are non-refundable or cancellable.

My package confirmation is incorrect.

Please contact Sound Travel with your full name, the email that you used to place your booking and your Ticketek Order Confirmation Number and they will investigate the error for you.

TRANSPORT AND PARKING

Parking is charged at $18 per visit (card only), payable to the car park attendant upon entry. To minimise delays patrons should arrive early or share vehicles with friends. Current disability parking permits must be displayed on car windscreens upon entry. Ensure that you follow the directions of the car park attendants at all times.

GETTING HERE

The Brisbane Entertainment Centre is located in the northern suburb of Boondall. Situated 16km north of Brisbane’s CBD and 8kms north from the Brisbane Domestic and International airports, the Centre is surrounded by major arterial roads and is easily accessible.

TRAIN

Boondall Station on the Shorncliffe line is a 600m walk to the Centre. Due to the finishing time of some events, some scheduled services departing Boondall Station may not make connecting services. TAXI

A dedicated taxi rank is located on site adjacent to the Ticketek Box Office. Taxis will be available after the show and a Supervisor present to assist.
