Magical Pass Terms & Conditions
- Limited availability. Make sure you select a Magical Pass seat when purchasing tickets.
- Adults & children, ages 2 and up, must EACH have a Magical Pass show ticket to attend. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
- Magical Pass information will be emailed out AT LEAST 5 DAYS before the day of the show.
- Character greeting included with Magical Pass starts 45 minutes before the show. They will conclude promptly 15 minutes before show time.
- You will EACH receive your VIP lanyard onsite at the venue on the day of the show at the designated location.

Transport and Parking
Parking is charged at $18* per visit (card only), payable to the car park attendant upon entry. To minimise delays patrons should arrive early or share vehicles with friends. Current disability parking permits must be displayed on car windscreens upon entry. Ensure that you follow the directions of the car park attendants at all times.

Getting Here
The Brisbane Entertainment Centre is located in the northern suburb of Boondall. Situated 16km north of Brisbane’s CBD and 8kms north from the Brisbane Domestic and International airports, the Centre is surrounded by major arterial roads and is easily accessible.
Train
Boondall Station on the Shorncliffe line is a 600m walk to the Centre. Due to the finishing time of some events, some scheduled services departing Boondall Station may not make connecting services. Bus
Taxi
A dedicated taxi rank is located on site adjacent to the Ticketek Box Office. Taxis will be available after the show and a Supervisor will be present to assist.
