TICKETING FAQS

Visit the event page specific to the event you wish to attend on our website, or alternatively visit our authorized ticketing agent’s website – Ticketek

Click on our Accessibility Page for the full details and easy link to our online booking enquiry form. If you do not wish to fill out the form, you can also email tix@brisent.com.au with your name, contact number and event you are interested in attending and we will contact you to discuss options and availability.

Group Bookings are available for selected events and are subject to availability. Typically bookers will require a minimum of 11 people, however minimum numbers will vary from event to event. To find out if Groups Bookings are available for your chosen event, visit the Event Page for more detailed information.

For majority of concert events, there is a “No Ticket No Entry” policy. However, shows intended for families and young children will have varying age policies.  To check if an age policy is applicable for an event, please visit the Event Page for more information.

Age restrictions vary for each event, however for concerts with loud music we strongly recommend against young children attending for health and safety concerns.

Please see event page for specific ticketing conditions.

Please ensure you read our Conditions of Entry as prohibited items including bag size restrictions will limit what you can bring into the venue.

Ticketek operate an event day Box Office opening approximately 2-3 hours before the event start time.  However we strongly recommend purchasing your tickets prior to arriving to avoid any possible disappointment. This especially applies for popular events where ticket availability is low.

In most instances, Ticketek can replace tickets, but first try logging into your My Ticketek Account and check your Order History to see if your tickets are available for download.  If they are not listed, visit the Ticketek website [https://help.ticketek.com.au/hc/en-us] for more information and assistance.

Alternatively, if it is the event day, visit the Ticketek Box Office on arrival and staff will be available to assist.  Account holder will be required to provide the following:

  • Credit/Debit card that was used to purchase the tickets
  • Valid Photo ID

In the first instance try going back onto the Ticketek website and attempt to purchase your additional ticket/s in the same section you have been allocated.

If there is no availability in this location you can;

  • Contact Ticketek via their Contact Us – General Enquiry Form [https://help.ticketek.com.au/hc/en-us/requests/new]
  • If it is closer to the event date, visit the Ticketek Box Office on the event day and speak to the staff who will do their best to assist if there is ample availability.

Please be aware, if you purchase a ticket elsewhere and it is a popular event, there is no guarantee we will be able to sit your booking together.

Ticketek Box Office is located on the Lakeside of the venue and is open approximately 2-3 hours before the event start time or 30 minutes before the gates open on event days only.  Gate times will be posted on the specific event page closer to the event date.

Listed on your ticket will be a Section, Row & Seat Number.

Please refer to the seating map located on the Ticketek website to identify the location of your section within the Venue.

Rows are labelled as follows:

Floor Reserved – AA, AB, AC… to AZ followed by BA, BB, BC etc

Floor Standing – GA (General Admission within a Zone/Space)

Grandstand – RGA, GB, GC, GD, GE, GF, GG, GH, GJ, GK, GL

         Lower Circle – A, B, C, D E, F, G, H

         Upper Circle – J, K, L, M, N, P, Q, R, S, T, U, V, W, X, Y, Z, ZZ

FUN FACT – There is not Row I or O in the Venue as they can be confused with numbers

Seat Numbers if you are standing on stage looking out to the audience:

Floor Reserved Numbers – 1 to 60 running right to left

Tiered Reserved Numbers – 1 to 346 run down both sides of the arena starting at the far end of the arena (Section 29A) ending behind the stage (Section 1). Our general rule of thumb, the higher the seat number – the closer you are to the stage.

If you have already purchased tickets, unfortunately there are no exchanges into other events.

If you have had a change of circumstance since purchasing your tickets which is medical, please email tix@brisent.com.au with your name and contact details plus a brief explanation as to the issue.  One of venue representatives will contact you to discuss.
