Accessible Booking Enquiry

Due to the worldwide pandemic and Australian Government recommendations, we have moved the BEC Accessible Bookings Line to an email service temporarily.

If you have a ticketing query or need to contact us regarding accessible tickets to an event at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre, please click the below link and complete the email questions.  Answering as many questions as you can will assist us understanding your requirements to better service your needs.

‚ÄčEvery booking is important to us, so we appreciate your understanding and assistance during these unprecedented times.
The inbox is monitored office hours -  Mon to Fri, 9am to 5pm (excluding weekends / public holidays) by one of our friendly team members. You will receive an automatic email reply with a guide on our response times.

For popular concert events, wheelchair bookings are limited to a maximum of two (2) per customer. All other accessible bookings are subject to the ticket limits applicable for the event they wish to attend. Details of ticket limits will be listed on the Ticketek event page.

Although the Brisbane Entertainment Centre is not officially affiliated with the Companion Card program, we do have an arrangement with the majority of our visiting hirers. The Centre approaches the hirers on a show by show basis to obtain permission to offer a complimentary ticket to those holding a government issued Companion Card.

When you are interested in attending an event, please contact the Brisbane Entertainment Centre Specialty Ticketing Line and advise our team member which show you wish to attend and that you are a companion card holder. Our team will step you through the process and advise you of what is available for the particular show you are interested in.

If you are a first time purchaser, we will request a copy of the front of your valid Companion Card as proof of issue which is outlined in the Companion Card terms and conditions. All copies of the cards are registered in our database to assist fast tracking any and all future bookings.

The complimentary carer ticket is not issued at the time of booking and is only available for collection on the event day upon presentation of the Companion Card.

Trained Guide Dogs or Service Dogs are welcome at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre. Please make your booking via the Brisbane Entertainment Centre Specialty Ticketing Line. A team member will provide you with the best available seating for yourself and your loyal companion. Water bowls for service dogs are available at Administration.

Accessibility for people with special needs is available via Administration on the ground level, to the left of the main stairs. Click here for more information>>
