Although the Brisbane Entertainment Centre is not officially affiliated with the Companion Card program, we do have an arrangement with the majority of our visiting hirers. The Centre can approach them on a show by show basis to obtain permission to offer a complimentary ticket for those holding a government issued Companion Card.

When you are interested in attending an event, please contact the Brisbane Entertainment Centre Specialty Ticketing Line on (07) 3265 8447. Our team is available from 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday (closed weekends & public holidays). Please advise which show you wish to attend and that you are a companion card holder. Our staff will step you through the process and advise you of what is available for the particular show you are interested in.

Please be aware if you are a first time purchaser, we will request a copy of the front of your valid Companion Card as proof of issue which is outlined in the Companion Card terms and conditions. The copy of the card is then registered in our system to fast track any and all future bookings with us.

Only phone bookings will be accepted.

Trained Guide Dogs or Service Dogs are welcome at the Centre. Please contact the Brisbane Entertainment Centre Specialty Ticketing Line on (07) 3265 8447 to advise of your requirements. Water bowls for service dogs are available at the Administration.

Group bookings are available for most events. The minimum number for a group booking is 10 and group discounts may apply for some shows. Please contact the Brisbane Entertainment Centre Specialty Ticketing line on (07) 3265 8447 from 9.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday (closed weekends & public holidays) for more information. For up to date group information on upcoming shows, please subscribe to the Groups Bulletin list by emailing groups@brisent.com.au and request to be added.

All patrons must have a valid ticket to gain entry into the Main Arena. For all family and children's events, you will need to check the event page for any specific information surrounding age restrictions prior to purchasing.
