Located opposite Door 5 and 10 on the Main Concourse (Level 2) and the Sports Centre Foyer (Level 1).



All professional cameras (those with detachable or telephoto lenses), drones, audio/video recording devices as well as tablet devices (e.g. iPads, iPad Minis, Samsung Galaxy Note etc.) are prohibited from entering the Brisbane Entertainment Centre. Selfie Sticks/Monopods and tripods are not permitted into the Centre.



Our free cloakroom is located adjacent to the Ticketek Box Office. Any bags submitted to the cloakroom will be subject to a bag search prior to cloaking.



All guests in attendance are required to be fully dressed and wear shoes at all times for their own safety. Centre Management reserves the right to deny entry to guests wearing clothing items displaying offensive text and/or images.



Earplugs are available for purchase at all Candy Bars. Please note that concession outlets vary for each event and not all Candy Bars will be open for every show.



St John's Ambulance is engaged for all public events. First Aid rooms are located opposite Doors 3 and 12 on the Main Concourse (Level 2) and an additional room on Level 1. The number of rooms in operation varies with each event. Please ask staff for directions to the closest first aid room if required.



The sampling and distribution of products in addition to the distribution of promotional items, flyers or printed materials is not permitted without written permission from the Brisbane Entertainment Centre and/or its Hirers.



All lost property is held at the Venue's security office located in Administration (Level 1). Items not collected from our cloakroom after the event are treated as lost property. Please contact the Centre on (07) 3265 8111 for all Lost Property enquiries.



Merchandise is available for most events. EFTPOS facilities are available at each Merchandise outlet (not including program stands).



A Parents Room is located on the Main Concourse (Level 2) opposite Door 8.



Parking is charged at $15.00 per visit, payable to the Car Park Attendant upon entry (cash only). Patrons with special needs must display a current disability parking permit upon entry. Ensure that you follow the directions of the car park attendants at all times.



Patrons with a medical condition can bring medical supplies from home however we ask that you contact the Centre on (07) 3265 8111 and register your details. This will ensure any issues can be avoided on the night of the event.

Boondall Railway Station on the Shorncliffe Line is approximately 500m to the venue. We highly recommend patrons visit the Translink website for service information or call 13 12 30.



As a condition of entry and to assist in providing a safer environment for everyone, a security search and wanding will take place prior to entry.

Backpacks (including backpack hand bags) or waist packs/money belts of any size will not be permitted into the Centre. Bags must be smaller than an A4 sheet of paper. Limit the size of your bag to a small clutch style bag/purse or aim not to bring one altogether. All bags larger than an A4 sheet of paper can be placed in the free cloakroom. 

After the security check you will scan your tickets to enter. Entry to the Main Arena is via the door number printed on your ticket. Please see the Front of House staff in the orange coloured shirts who will direct you to your seat. Please note: No ticket, no entry.



Smoking is prohibited within the buildings and five metres from the entry to the building (including balconies and the main entry stairwell). Smoking is also not permitted in the outdoor cafe area within the plaza. Smoking is permitted in car parks and parkland areas, except at public transport waiting points (bus stop, taxi rank, limousine rank) and within a five metre buffer zone beyond the waiting point. For patrons attending events in the Main Arena or Sports Hall, there is a designated smoking area in front of the main entry on the lower plaza level where smoking is permitted and it is not an offence under State legislation to smoke in this designated area. The designated smoking area in front of the main entry on the lower plaza level is within the perimeter fence line, patrons do not require a pass out to access this area.



Children 24 months of age and older require a ticket to enter the Arena and must occupy their ticketed seat. Some shows (especially those intended for children) will have a different age policy. Please see the specific event page for further information. Prams, strollers and baby carriers are not permitted into the Main Arena.



For some events a Traffic Management Plan may be in place for exiting after the show. All traffic exiting via Gate A will be diverted to Sandgate Road. All traffic exiting via Gate B will be directed to the Gateway Motorway. Ensure you are familiar with both locations and plan in advance. Click here to view map>>
