Casual Ushers – Front of House

We are currently seeking individuals to join our team as a Casual Ushers - Front of House. These positions will see you provide ongoing high level support across a range of functions within the Events Department to ensure the event requirements are achieved in a safe and professional manner. 

Our Front of House Ushers play an integral role in ensuring our patrons enjoy a safe and memorable experience on each and every visit. As an Usher, you will manage the movement of patrons throughout the Centre including entry, exit and throughout performance intervals, maintaining high levels of customer service at all times. You will aim to resolve patron matters efficiently, manage the accuracy of the ticketing and accreditation system ensuring no unauthorised entry and act as Fire Warden while on duty, attending annual Emergency training as directed. 

To succeed in these exciting customer facing roles you will: 

  • Be committed to delivering high levels of customer service
  • Be a team player with a professional and positive attitude
  • Have the ability to take direction and follow instruction
  • Have flexibility and availability to work a range of shifts including days, evenings, weekends and public holidays across our busy event schedule. 

Please note: These are casual roles therefore shifts can vary based on our events schedule.
